Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. My room was large and beautiful. The hotel itself has been a school and it’s been lovingly restored into guest rooms, suites and a large dining room. Shower pressure was excellent! The full English breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent with Tower Bridge about 3 minutes away and London Bridge Station about a 6-10 minute walk. The area has changed a lot in the past 20 years and has a lovely neighborhood feel. Overall a 9.5 out of 10 for me and I would love to stay again!

酒店鄰近倫敦塔橋，行幾步走可以到塔橋散步了如果坐?觀光巴士，也是很近車站。

Upon arrival I had a problem with a noise in the room.
The staff at check in couldn’t have been more helpful, moving my room and upgrading me. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained

Wonderful hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff. The room was great, great amenities and extras, I really liked the location, a short walk to London Beidge station.

A 4/5 stars hotel offers no body lotion! That is not convenient. You need to call room service to ask for it. In general, it is a nice hotel with perfect location for tower bridge and tower of London visitors

非凡国际住的就是最普通的精致房，房間確實布置得很精致。整體軟裝是印度風格，酒店很乾凈。離倫敦塔橋很近，風景好。

Very nice hotel. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good equipped and provided with complementary stuff, and not so tight like usually in the center area of London. Restaurant and food is good. 2 mins to Tower Bridge. Gym is small as usual in hotels.

設施：酒店有點老了，所以配套設施也會有點舊
衞生：衞生乾凈整潔
環境：挑好很高，離倫敦塔橋真的非常近非常近，酒店有點類似小花園的感覺，但是大門不太好找跟google map上顯示的有距離，在餐廳同一個院子的南側一些，找了我好久
服務：服務還不錯，服務人員并不多，也不會在外面候著你，你需要去reception找他們幫忙拿行李之類的

出來進去，完全被前臺無視，沒有招呼和問候，一律冷臉，唯一一次，一位亞裔女士在前臺，很有禮貌的打招呼，其余的男士全部高傲的可怕，讓人很不舒服，完全不像五星級酒店的服務，窗外夜里也很吵鬧，都是周邊的不知道酒吧還是什么暴走族之類，每天折騰到一兩點，其實這個與酒店無關，但是感受不好，因為窗戶玻璃是一層的，不隔音。
