Absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Kensington! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the neighborhood, with Gloucester Road Station directly in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to explore London. Shops, restaurants, and other attractions are all within easy reach.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, and the hotel facilities, including the gym and lounge areas, were top-notch.
I especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The attention to detail and high level of customer service truly made this stay memorable. I would highly recommend Hilton Kensington to anyone visiting London, whether for leisure or business.

和父母一起旅游，選擇了這家的家庭房。家庭房是上下兩層的套房，下層是梳化床，上層是大號雙人床。上下層都有電視、衞生間，而且都可以電梯直達，只是有一個內部的樓梯連起來做成復式的樣子。家庭在一間房的同時，保證了各自的私隱和便利。有類似需求的游客非常推薦！服務方面沒有打滿分，是因為行李寄存服務需求的客人太多了，酒店前臺忙不過來，取行李比較慢，耽誤了一些時間。

4星酒店的水準已經不錯，酒店清潔，風景美麗，對住個大教堂，聽到鐘聲，真的感覺好英式
由酒店行去景點十多分鐘，去咗自然歷史博物館及維多利亞博物館，－定不能錯過！
周邊好多餐廳好多選擇，唯一問題系貴，食一個早餐2個人￡40 ，之后去咗間馬來西亞人開餐廳食lunch ￡50 左右，晚餐食中東菜￡115
去一趟Kensington 3日2夜， 等于我一個月伙食費

房間非常寬敞明亮舒適，兩個1.5米的大床，浴室也寬敞整潔，早餐豐富多樣，有各種水果，味道不錯

酒店房間燈光很暗，房間布局很局促，走廊也很暗。酒店勝于地理位置。地鐵站、帝國理工學院、自然博物館、海德公園、維多利亞和阿爾伯特博物館都在附近，可步行到達。

位置很方便，值得體驗，也很安全。

酒店位置極佳，距離海德公園步行不到10分鐘，周圍是使館區，環境優美安靜。周邊購物、吃飯方便，underground就在馬路對面。酒店早餐比較豐富，服務員態度友善。

房間真的是非常乾凈，衞生間一塵不染，房間雖然不大，但在倫敦地區已經算非常不錯了！早餐食材也很新鮮，服務員禮貌熱情很友好！
