    • Guest：Big rooms. Well-appointed. Quiet. Very close to Gloucester Station. Great location.
    • Guest：The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The rooms were not clean—carpets badly stained, shower door not clean, shower and bath faucets were in poor condition and not clean.
    • Guest：Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.
    • Guest：The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.
