酒店在市中心，對面就是公園，樓下便利店飯店很多，也有中餐館和中國人開的超市，便利性是不錯的，酒店設施一般

The location of this hotel is fantastic — right next to Queensway Underground Station and just across from the beautiful Hyde Park. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a Queen Room with a view, which was a comfortable size by London standards, with quality finishes and thoughtful amenities. Overall, it truly lived up to the reliable Hilton standard — a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

房間特別好，跟海德公園一街之隔，住在這里去哪里都非常方便，走路可達。早上的海德公園如果有陽光灑進來，簡直仙境。早飯很好吃，環境也很nice。

Staying at the hotel was really great !! I got a really good deal using trip.com !! I’d recommend this hotel based on its location just opposite the famous London Hyde park great for a morning stroll after resting at this hotel. The place was very clean and tidy and quite charming. The tv was very good and could be adjusted to face me while lying in bed. I also enjoyed the buildings small corridors and lift perfect and charming. Great for my night and would stay again

今年住過的最差的酒店吧…除了地理位置一無是處…訂了兩間景觀房，一開始就給了基礎小房間，找攜程去協商另一間給了景觀，但是只要開水就有機器聲，根本沒法睡覺…毛巾也很臟…第一天根本沒打掃，去協商來給打掃了，垃圾桶又沒倒…有點可怕…但地理位置真的很方便…
