Your comments have been shared with our culinary team for review, as maintaining consistent quality is very important to us.Concerning dining arrangements and bar service, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the main restaurant at lunchtime without prior notice. We understand how disappointing this must have been after your journey. Your feedback on the limited cocktail availability and service process has also been noted and will be reviewed by our management team.With respect to communication, thank you for bringing to our attention the confusion regarding the WhatsApp contact. We agree that this should be communicated more clearly, and we will work on improving how this service is presented to ensure a smoother guest experience.We are also very sorry about the room odor and the malfunctioning in-room safe. While our team attempted to resolve these issues, it is clear that the outcome was not satisfactory. This has been addressed with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for further follow-up.Regarding noise, we regret that external music impacted the tranquil atmosphere you were expecting. While some factors are beyond our direct control, we will continue to explore ways to minimize such disturbances.It is disappointing to learn that this stay felt less polished compared to your earlier experiences, especially as Pullman Luang Prabang has been one of your preferred choices in Luang Prabang.
