Good location, staff great, we opted for a windowless room, quite small but as only staying 1 night it was adequate, Breakfast was nice good choice and fresh would stay again but only if it was 1 nights I. That room choice

Super modern hotel in a nice London area. Room is not very big but very comfortable with a smarthome system. Totally enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel , but bed was smaller than average double and duvet didn’t actually fit bed . When we come into hotel staff was actually sitting at lounge tables having a chat and eating not a good impression.

Have a brilliant start aside from the one lady on the check in and check out . Same lady . She comes across not very accommodating and not friendly . When we check in she just talk very fast we don’t understand . And when we Check out she comes across very rude . I felt that she should be more friendly and accommodating and also more clear on her explanation as on the front desk .

The rooms are quite small, with barely enough space to accommodate two pieces of luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection is very limited and does not offer good value for money, so I would not recommend paying extra for it. They also don’t do room service. That said, the location is excellent - just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, making it convenient for getting around in London.

Hair Dryer was broken and sink was a bit blocked with stuff coming out of it from the previous user. Other than that the LED lights were cool and the price was decent for the location.
