    • Guest：The furniture including the new pieces is showing wear and tear. The tv is very clear but hard to use. the in room router was only intermittently working. the eater pressure was usually very low. for two days, we had no water in the afternoon due to emergency repairs. it would have been nice to have been told what was going on and gotten updates. also there was construction which we were not told of in advance. there were red spots on the mirror and ceiling in the bathroom which i had to ask to have cleaned. some remained in the entry ceiling. the location is very good and the included breakfast is adequate. The manager was not at all responsive to concerns. i just checked prior reviews and he only responds to the positive ones
    • Guest：It was a cute place. Great location. Friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice little pool. GREAT BBQ area.
    • Guest：Just housekeeping osdue , on the day of exit we simply extended the checkout time from 11 AM to 12 o’clock noon but housekeeper knocked the door three times between 11 AM to 12 PM
    • Guest：Althought pricey, a decently priced hotel for turks and caicos. Room was mostly clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, althought we didn't use it.
