交通非常便利，地铁站、火车站就在旁边，5分钟可达。虽然房间略小，但很乾净、舒适。

房间入住时 中间的门是打开的 能看到隔壁房间
寄存取行李 也出了点小差错

该酒店位于泰晤士河南岸，去北岸走路5分钟，去市中心走路10分钟，都很方便。旁边超市很多，中超＂天天店＂就在隔壁。衞生每天会打扫，门口小哥都很热情，是一个值得入住的酒店。

房间布置简洁时尚，床品乾净衞生，每天都有人将房间打扫得乾净整洁，唯一不足的是没有找到拖鞋，下单酒店时有説提供拖鞋的，不过幸好非凡国际自己带了在飞机上穿的拖鞋，最后也没有再问酒店要了

We experienced several issues at sea containers hotel. Firstly we asked for turn-down nightly and was only done once. I had brought this to ciaran the manager attention and he said it would be done that night and the turndown was not done again. We stayed for 7 nights and communication with guest services was very poor and we also brought this to Cairan's attention and he acknowledged that there were issues and nothing was done by him to fix these issues. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and for a 5 star hotel the service and communication was very poor. Even when we spoke to someone on the front desk about this turn-down issue they said they would look into the matter and get back to us. They didnt call back or leave a message. I requested some face towels with one of the cleaning person and he said there was a shortage of them. Very very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Hope this feedback helps you improve your hotel.

非凡国际从伦敦肯辛顿地区乘坐地铁黄线，到黑衣修士站下车，走出地铁抬头就见酒店的招牌，走过大桥就在泰晤士河的南岸，非凡国际到达时已经是晚上了，看不出什么风景，第二天早餐时，哇塞！风景太美，酒店环境安静，正门出去不远有一家较大的中国超市，交通还是比较方便的！特别是他们的前台，很耐心，礼貌，客气为非凡国际解答各种问题。特别是有一位大堂管理，看着亚洲面孔，主动为非凡国际解决吃饭问题（因为非凡国际要找中国饭店）给非凡国际建议，并説有问题去找她，虽然她的中文部很流利（后来知道她是越南籍的）但特主动热情，让非凡国际深感温暖！
