交通非常便利，地鐵站、火車站就在旁邊，5分鐘可達。雖然房間略小，但很乾凈、舒適。

這次的體驗不太好
房間入住時 中間的門是打開的 能看到隔壁房間
寄存取行李 也出了點小差錯

該酒店位于泰晤士河南岸，去北岸走路5分鐘，去市中心走路10分鐘，都很方便。旁邊超市很多，中超＂天天店＂就在隔壁。衞生每天會打掃，門口小哥都很熱情，是一個值得入住的酒店。

房間布置簡潔時尚，床品乾凈衞生，每天都有人將房間打掃得乾凈整潔，唯一不足的是沒有找到拖鞋，下單酒店時有説提供拖鞋的，不過幸好非凡国际自己帶了在飛機上穿的拖鞋，最后也沒有再問酒店要了

We experienced several issues at sea containers hotel. Firstly we asked for turn-down nightly and was only done once. I had brought this to ciaran the manager attention and he said it would be done that night and the turndown was not done again. We stayed for 7 nights and communication with guest services was very poor and we also brought this to Cairan's attention and he acknowledged that there were issues and nothing was done by him to fix these issues. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and for a 5 star hotel the service and communication was very poor. Even when we spoke to someone on the front desk about this turn-down issue they said they would look into the matter and get back to us. They didnt call back or leave a message. I requested some face towels with one of the cleaning person and he said there was a shortage of them. Very very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Hope this feedback helps you improve your hotel.

非凡国际從倫敦肯辛頓地區乘坐地鐵黃線，到黑衣修士站下車，走出地鐵抬頭就見酒店的招牌，走過大橋就在泰晤士河的南岸，非凡国际到達時已經是晚上了，看不出什么風景，第二天早餐時，哇塞！風景太美，酒店環境安靜，正門出去不遠有一家較大的中國超市，交通還是比較方便的！特別是他們的前臺，很耐心，禮貌，客氣為非凡国际解答各種問題。特別是有一位大堂管理，看著亞洲面孔，主動為非凡国际解決吃飯問題（因為非凡国际要找中國飯店）給非凡国际建議，并説有問題去找她，雖然她的中文部很流利（后來知道她是越南籍的）但特主動熱情，讓非凡国际深感溫暖！
