Great little find - took a chance after reading mixed reviews but was really pleased.
Staff were friendly & hotel was spotless.
Great room and was just perfect for one night stay - clean, tea/coffee, iron. Could have done with more pillows but they would have probably provided if asked.
Perfect location for Camden Roundhouse Gig.
We had the basement non window room which was great for one night, if staying longer would go for a better room.
Nice touch with a complimentary coffee from Manager as we didn’t book/want breakfast.

We booked a Double Executive Room. The room was very spacious, well furnished with large windows and sweeping views over London. The bathroom was generous with a double shower, all very clean. The room had a desk, a small fridge, an armchair and a pouffe.
What let the experience down was the check-in where we had to wait for nearly 10 minutes before someone bothered to show up at the reception desk although staff was aware we were waiting. Once they did show up they were neither apologetic nor friendly or welcoming.

Penso che la loro politica è non fare le pulizie durante il soggiorno degli ospiti, avevo letto un commento del genere. Non ho mai fatto colazione o mangiato lì. C' è un piccolo parcheggio a pagamento se trovi posto.

This hotel kicked me out of my room despite paying for an extra night online. Then they stole ￡150 from my BANK ACCOUNT on the day that I was kicked out. This was because of the shower glass partitioning which had come off its rails after I had a slip.
I was also harassed in my room for singing too loudly at 9/10am. This is not the whole story. I was qute bad, but stealing ￡210ish from a customer is not on.

The heating was not work properly and they put me at the end of corridor which was very noisy, the quality of my sleeping was quite bad. Room is very tiny.
