100% average experience
I was at the hotel for a week. It is well placed in the center of Trebic, right at the Square. The hotel is absolut average in everything. The staff rarely looks up when you enter the hotel. They are nice though with some english skills. The breakfast was very boring with dry bread, no fruits, bad looking eggs and sausages, I never felt brave enough to try that. None of the sockets in my room worked, only in the bathroom. The bathroom had a lot of small insects, not very luxerious. Never tried the restaurant at the hotel, because the breakfast told me not to. The cleaning ladies where nice and helpfull. The hotel feels dark at night. Im not coming back.

Hotel was OK. Bed comfortable and the shower was fine. Room was very dated. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Did not eat in the restuarant. Good free parking.

Personál bol ?edy priemer. Jedinou vyhodou hotela je jeho poloha - je blízko v?etkym pamiatkam v meste. If you want a good night's sleep, don't come there. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room. Despite the warm weather, the rooms and the corridors were heated, you couldn't even ventilate the heat. The cleanliness of the hotel was also not very good, a lot of cobwebs and stains on the textiles. The staff was average. The only advantage of the hotel is its location - it is close to all the sights in the city.

We had great expectations, wonderfull "Spa" just in front of your room, a really nice trial around the hotel. Due to time restrictions in the late afternoon my wife took a bath in the Thermas in front of our room, not me. We wanted to take a shower but no warm water available. We asked reception and 2 handman in boots arrived, opening cold water and say it works. I tourned to warm and no water at all commes out. So they said they will check, there is a valve.... After some minutes and dirty bathroom there were warm water and they moved. We are trying to take a shower some minutes later, guess, no warm water again. Call at the reception now 3 person arrive. No warm water at all, we will repare. Warm water after some minutes of repair. Again next ry after they left, no warm water. Call at the reception, they will ask the handy men again. Again the same persons, bathroom totally dirty and wet now. We will try to repair.... After some minutes without success, we asked them to leave. In the mean time 30-40min later and we had to get up 5am in the morning. Some hours later at night my wife got extremely ill, We assume Coli bacteria in the Themes water as we (3 persons) drunk and ate for lunch and dinner at the hotel exactly the same this day! No recommendation at all.
