The experience was great, the silence was most welcomed during the stay. The food was ok but consider serving one soft drink ie soda or water with every meal.

Nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours, mais ce fut une bouffée d’oxygène dans ces 2 semaines de safari, un havre de paix où le buffet était délicieux (et je suis fran?aise ), la salle de sport incroyable, la piscine super, un niveau de service impeccable, et la clinique avec le médecin qui a sauvé mon séjour ! Merci pour tout Nous reviendrons dans votre établissement avec très grand plaisir

Nous partageons un moment en famille merveilleux. Nous venons d’arriver au Kenya et cet établissement est tout simplement fabuleux. Le cadre est merveilleux, des animaux, partout, en liberté, un accueil d’une gentillesse remarquable. Pour nous un Sampha est en fran?ais, nous ne sommes pas habitué à autant d’hospitalité. En plus, les buffets sont excellent. Le petit déjeuner, le plat et le dessert gargantuesque. Mention spéciale à Cécilia qui nous à gentiment proposé un tour de la propriété en voiturette de golf, c’était magique.

Very Disappointing Experience We arrived at Lake Odéon Resorts in Nairobi around 2:30 a.m. after a long journey. Unfortunately, the welcome was cold and uninviting: no greeting, no hospitality, not even a glass of water offered. The staff seemed only interested in getting paid, and the payment process took nearly an hour, during which we had to stand, exhausted. After such a reception, we lost all interest in staying. We decided to leave the hotel just a few hours later. A very disappointing experience. ??

I love this place very much, it's the best place I have ever been, the food is fantastic, there are different sports e.g table tennis, golf just to mention but a few. There is a fully equipped gym and a great instructor called Hezborne the receptionists are wonderful and welcoming especially Susan and Purity.. Purity always give a warm and a sincere hug which makes one feel at home.. I would say much about the place but have just mentioned a few. All is wonderful ??.. I will always come ?? ??

We had an unforgettable birdwatching experience! Special shoutout to Amos and Daniel—these two have eagle eyes and amazing birding knowledge. They spotted and identified birds so quickly and accurately, it truly made the experience exciting and educational. Their passion for nature shines through, and it was a joy to learn from them. Highly recommend this team for any nature and bird lovers!

Endroit superbe, personnel attentionné. En demandant un plan à l’accueil pour faire le tour du domaine, la réceptionniste nous propose d’être accompagné par Daniel le naturaliste du parc. Superbe balade avec beaucoup d’explications sur la faune et la flore locale. Daniel nous propose ensuite de se retrouver à 19h30 pour observer les étoiles et planètes, rdv est pris ! Ce fut une soirée mémorable, nous avons pu observer Venus, Mars, Jupiter et Saturne avec son télescope, merci beaucoup Daniel !

I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.
