  • Guest：The staff was rude and not helpful. The whole check-in system was down on the day of check-in, but instead of finding solutions, the staff told us to wait for it to be fixed. We ended up waiting for more than 6 hours!! The manager, Boris, even threatened to throw the guest out when they were complaining about it. Boris claimed that the guest was shouting when he was just calmly asking for an apology. This is completely unacceptable from a hotel charging this price.
  • Guest：Stayed in junior suite in Dec. Good room size. Bathroom basin and soap dispenser faulty. Radiator in bathroom helped to dry laundry. Rooms aircon max at 28C but felt really chilly, nowhere near 28C. Litz Cafe within 2 mins walk from hotel. Westfield 6 mins walk.
