I really love it. Looking forward to visit Sounkyo again

住宿體驗令人滿意，飯店地點極佳，交通樞紐近在咫尺，對出行非常便利。客房維護得相當好，環境乾凈舒適，隔音也不錯。特別值得稱贊的是早餐，餐點選擇多樣且口味極佳，服務人員補菜速度也快。整體而言，無論是硬體設施或軟體服務都在水準之上，值得再次入住。

房間比較大，床很舒服。房間只有牙具和茶包，沒有護膚品，但溫泉有一些可以用。溫泉室內外都有兩個，可以選適合的溫度，有桑拿房。晚餐一般，大多數感覺像預制菜，相對而言早餐還不錯

The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. We purchased dinner and breakfast. The restaurant was quite large with plenty of seating, and the window seats with good views. The food was ok for us. The dinner that we booked included all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages.
The outdoor hot spring was nice and worth experiencing. The lobby offers complimentary corn soup and coffee so that you can enjoy especially after soaking in a hot spring.

I booked with the knowledge that the resort is a bit dated. However, the facilities are adequate and public onsen for men/women were natural and refreshing. I wish the hotel would have special menu for the day so for guests like us who stayed 3 nights would not be terribly sick of repeating menu. Our meal plan include dinner with alcohol and breakfast. Highlight was room view was facing autumn foliage and stream. The smoking lounge that has no door, right near to restaurant - just make the whole place smell of cigarette smoking. Having said that, I would recommend for people who want to explore Sounkyo:Daisetsuzan national park.

旅館離纜車車站大概是走路10分鐘上坡，不算太遠，旅館溫泉很棒，早晚餐也非常的豐盛．?有機會一定會再來住！

風景優美，客房是設計合理，戶外溫泉雖然不大，但風景很漂亮，餐食是自助餐，品種也不少，還可以自己煮釜飯，烤肉，?推薦的

Room was stuffy as there was no air con during autumn, had to open the windows to cool down but was noisy due to the waterfall. Recommend bringing earplugs.

We booked 2 adults and 1 kid but the hotel asked for extra charge of JPY 12,450, which we have never been informed when checked in. The front cannot speak English well and cannot make any decisions. I decided to pay due to waste of my time. Very unsatisfied this service. However, the officer of Trip.com is very helpful to manage this issue.

The room is clean. Enjoyable onsen. Breakfast and dinner buffet were soso. Close to the cable car station. Nice staff.
