房間整體偏小，尤其淋浴間非常狹小！
服務：前臺有個**服務態度很差，代客泊車這項服務有很大陷阱！大家一定注意避雷！辦入住時跟我説周圍沒有很近的公共停車場，可用的很遠，而且比他們的代客泊車費40刀/天還貴，用車很方便，只要提前19分鐘跟前臺打電話就可以了，結果第二天早上非凡国际要用車時等了半個小時，又説他們從來沒説過提前10分鐘就可以這樣的話。好吧，非凡国际認了，問可不可以後麪兩天取消這項服務，説可以，等非凡国际退房時再次確認這件事情，他們完全否認了這件事情，那**一開始説第二天早上她沒見過我，行，那我要找當天在場的另外一個人，他們説是manager，她不在讓我email她自行解決這件事！後面非凡国际就在酒店旁邊僅一條街的距離就找到了公共停車場，而且一天僅需20刀！我認為該酒店在代客泊車這項服務上存在很大消費陷阱，而且在我要求消息這項服務并獲得認可後并未退回相應費用且服務態度惡劣、推諉！

酒店算比較乾凈！然後位置很不錯2-3分鐘就能到沙灘，擁有私人沙灘，環境不錯！服務態度也很好！推薦如果來South Beach這邊的話可以住這家！

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. Good size for two ppl. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda. The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available. The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign. The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Espa?ola Way which is another tourist attraction. Great stay!

The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these.
We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.

Very convenient location. It's on the main street and it's very close to the beach. The deco is nice. The room is spacious for two ppl but if for 3 ppl then the space is a bit tight. I think the Queen size bed is a bit smaller than usual . The staff are helpful. I think it worths the money

Quarto ótimo com um chuveiro nota dez. O staff do hotel é muito simpático. Localiza??o ótima, próximo a praia e todo o centro de compras. Terceira vez que me hospedo ali e sempre com excelente custo benefício.

Неплохой отель, находится в очень удобном месте, сразу можно выходить на Оушен Драйв, в отеле есть бассейн, номера уютные, чистый, но не совсем новый , персонал хороший, но общее впечатление на оценку 4

I was awesome ??. The service and assistance was on top level, everyone is kind and helping. Thanks to the front desk assistant Nicole, she is such a soul and helpes us a lot, made our experience even better. Thanks to everyone!!!
