Very clan and tidy hotel. Great location for us. Slight damage to some furniture noticed .

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Loved the l’Occitane toiletries. Will definitely stay again when I come for another theatre trip.

Good location, less than 10m walk to Pimlico station. Friendly receptionist and very cozy bed.

This hotel was an ideal place to stay in terms of proximity to Victoria (theatre district) and the west end. The No 2 bus (about 50yds from the hotel) will take you to Leicester Square within about 25 minutes. The room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was in the downstairs breakfast room and offered a choice of continental and English traditional, with some additional variations eg avocado on toast, egg on toast etc. The staff were really friendly and polite. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

位于伦敦安静安全的街区，位置方便，到哪都方便，房间虽然有点小，但衞生间整体够大，乾净整洁，自助早餐丰富，应该是伦敦市中心性价比很高的酒店，值得推荐。
