we spent there 6days Very smart hotel ,specially Balwant Singh is a very polite duputy manager, he provides a good service, rooms are clean buffet breakfast and luch dinner was amazing, thankyou for good service

Excellent Hotel Outstanding food must visit.. Front office was very welcoming and have done a smooth check in and had a smiling and had a approaching hospitality behavior by Mr. Rahul Singh.. The Team has taken care of my overall stay and Mr. Advait has helped out overall stay and is a professional person and very helpful.. He has a great team and helpful too... Keep it up.. Good hospitality for all... Well maintained rooms.. hygienic linen.. good ammenties.. Front office team was very co-operative and has a postitive attitude very welcoming feeling.. Abhishek Balwant Rahul and Hussain were very supportive employees.. and met manager Advait is an very welcoming guy over there.. room's are no doubt very good and also must try food at ikka restaurant... Housekeeping supervisor Sanjay Bhoir excellent service.. thanks to all for making my stay memorable... !!

Excellent accomodation, food and attended by friendly staff service with smile. A fantastic experience with Chef Sanjib helpful person. Delecious buffet food to suit all tastes. Great view room and well decorated Nagma from restaurant . Always help me for dinning.

From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, courteous, and genuinely warm, which made my stay all the more memorable. Special thanks To front Office Department at the Reception for her professional yet welcoming demeanor—her smile and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms are supremely comfortable with beautifully done interiors that reflect refined taste and elegance. The food was outstanding, offering a perfect blend of local flavors and international standards.

It was a wonderful stay,nice hospitality,I stayed with my family and friends.staff was very well behaved and they took care of us nicely. rooms was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.Will visit again once you come back to Mumbai.
