I I have stayed hotel ambica empire last 2 days it's very amazing stay and food taste hotsome thank you Ms. Ishwarya,Ms. suganya,Ms. Athulya, Mr. Ganapathy all staff very friendly with co operative thank you again.

I got the corner room. Wifi barely worked.
The housekeeping forgot to leave towels in my room. I asked at the reception to bring them so that I can take a shower before getting sleep. They did so not until the next day.
Breakfast was basic.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambika Empire. The hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional, especially the General Manager, Mr. Kalainathan, and the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Rajesh, who were extremely courteous and attentive.
Every staff member from the bell boys to the reception team was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing, with great variety and taste.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great hospitality. They treat us like their own. Perfect in all aspects. Cleanliness, hygiene, ambience. Special thanks to Rajesh from food and beverages team for his hospitality and Chef Tamil and Sagayam for their delicious food. Must visit if you’re looking for a stay in the heart of the city that feels luxe.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well.
My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing.
Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated.
Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

Overall a good experience. Asst Manager Mr Kesavan was very helpful in accommodating requests.
Rakhi in the restaurant was kind, caring and very friendly. She always greets with a smile and was very helpful in taking care of the special request for my morning tea and the breakfast.
Very happy with the experience and will be coming back again.
