En medio tuvieron la capacidad de resolver una situación que me incomodaba con el ruido del aire/calefación en la habitación. Lo hicieron con profesionalidad y se preocuparon de que pudiésemos descansar. Las dos notas manuscritas que nos dejó Lucía en la habitación me parecieron brillantes y las conservaré como ejemplo de como un detalle de este tipo nos llega al corazón. Me encanta este hotel y si los precios me lo permiten lo tendré como referencia en Madrid.

Hotel Avani Alonso Martínez combines the heritage of a classic building, the facade boasts the majestic style of Madrid glorious era and the interior has a young and fresh vibe with neon lights and curated design. The room is spacious and comfortable, I appreciate the detail of providing a yoga mat, it allowed me to enjoy a morning yoga practice in my own room to kick start the day.
