The hotel looks refurbished, location is good. Price point is great which comes with the options of breakfast with smoking and non smoking rooms.
Suited for couples and single travelers alike. Facilities is ok, having a gym, decent size swimming pool and a restaurant.
Recommended for short stays. Location is a walking distance to Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal and a short cab ride to the malls like Nagoya, Batam Grand Mall etc.

Everything at the Hotel was good; however, the breakfast needs to be improved. I skipped the breakfast meal after the second day. Some of the food was cold, etc. The Chef needs to improve the presentation.

room spacious, lighting not so good, either too bright or too dark. aircon not cold enough and sound from the aircon too noisy. no hair dryer.

The location of the hotel was very good, as it is conveniently situated near the jetty, making travel easy. However, the check-in process was delayed, which was inconvenient after arrival. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned initially, and we had to call room service to have it cleaned again. Overall, while the location was a strong advantage, improvements are needed in check-in efficiency and room cleanliness.

Good hotel for batam just outside the entrance of the harberbay.

2nd time check-in the hotel.. this time we have a room at Level 5..compared to 1st time, this room is short of 1 mini bar.. which is a bit disappointed.. overall the room still very clean and staff are still friendly..especially Selvy if im not wrong, the front counter female staff..

I booked this hotel last minute, so the rate of the hotel increased. The room itself is big enough. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is enough for me. Only the same dishes every day. The temperature in the restaurant was warm. This hotel provides free drinks at the lobby. Overall I'm satisfied to stay here but please improve the check in process next time. The check out process was fast.

The hotel is just finished renovating and is reopening. All of the facilities are still very new and very comfortable! It is also near the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (opposite, walking distance) and 10 minutes drive to Nagoya Mall. Highly Recommended! It
