That's perfect staying in this hotel. We enjoyed the food and services provided. The size of the family room is good for 4pax.

Stayed in a family room with 4 friends. Room a little snug with 2 double beds but very clean and well serviced. Spa access was smooth and good facilities. Breakfast was delicious and good service from the staff.

Hotel does not look great from the outside but lovely inside. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant food was very good and catered well for Gluten free with separate menu and separate fryer. Pool is nice but a bit on the small side. Very handy for V & A museum

Service was very good. Had to question and clarify a few things to not attract extra charges but the experience was fantastic! Would definitely return.

West facing room, view over the V&A museum. Room was immaculate, with tea/coffee station. We had a swim in the pool which is lovely too. Staff very friendly. Kindly gave us some toothbrushes as we forgot. Will definitely be back. We didn't opt for breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive. The room toiletries smelled amazing.

滿分酒店，生意很好，停車場也大，房間舒適，是英國十幾間酒店住下來水最乾凈的一間，而且特別暖和。在樓下餐廳吃了簡餐，味道也是相當不錯，以後會繼續選這個品牌酒店的
