    • Guest：The hotel room given to us had a rather dusty floor, room 302. The room lights had issues, the bathroom floor was dusty, the toilet seat cover was broken, and the bidet spray was not working properly. Breakfast was okay, we were satisfied with it

    • Guest：The receptionist can speak well english so easy to communicate. She even help us to call uludag ski center to confirm the operating times and service. The room has all the basic necessities but the bathroom is very dirty. Other than that, everything is ok
    • Guest：Very friendly reciption. Best location as tou are close to the bazaar and mall but also close to Uludag bus shuttle/cable car.
