  • Guest：原本去惠山及海澜旅游，为了避开人多密集的中心区，提前大半月做功课看到携程酒店宣传片形象选择了这里。原本以为性价比不错全部因入住当晚酒店的小心机打破。根据电话总枱説是老板认为目前天气不适合使用空调变将中央空调系统未告知顾客的情况下关停，到早上11点房间依然不清爽才拨通总枱电话询问，我作为消费者感到十分气愤。后服务员説开通了，但我将房间设定16°都没有很大改善。携程服务态度诚恳，但息事宁人的做法不值得提倡。作为消费者，请问你们酒店还有服务底线吗？其他客观説早餐环境都不错，但违背消费约定，私自剥夺消费者基本权益的做法是十分可耻和丢人的。硬件上，人为设定房间灯开不了，携程介入后灯也好了。我还是用当然电话总枱服务员的那句话总结，不提高服务去争取盈利，用这种下作手段，坑害消费者的做法，酒店老板给你建议，关掉它是你最好，最解约的做法。作为最基础的空调你都删出，你觉得作为表面形象不错的酒店，丢的是你们自己的脸吧。同时，江阴的旅游形象也被打脸吧！你影响我出游的心情，我还你这评论，不过份吧。建议准备前往入住的携程游客参考。
  • Guest：很少使用携程评价. 常年在外旅行和奔波的人什么都能接受了. 但是这是真的第一次觉得这种事情有必要被处理.. 很有理由怀疑该店评分都是刷的. 内部沟通管理比较混乱. 前台沟通不清晰. 清洁人员人员早上8点大力捶门敲错门. 真的很绝望. 难得休息日被疯狂捶门后的感受真的很糟. 然后前台人员引导多开房间住宿多缴费.或多开房间. 定了一个双人间. 因为空调问题沟通不清楚. 结果付了两件双人间的钱给两个人住. 几百块钱根本不会在意的事情. 但是真的….劝告不是当地或当地周边地区的人不要前往. 非常特别的糟糕体验.
  • Guest：地理位置一般，但是设施，衞生和服务都在这个价位无可挑剔，早餐地点幽静不拥挤，井然有序，还有大屏幕看早间新闻。免费自助洗衣服务我也尝试了一把，非常方便，尤其适合大热天汗湿了一身没有带多的换洗衣物的时候。
