原本订的房间空调在睡前忽然发现不凉，柜台人员随即帮非凡国际升等换了新的房间，完全没有让非凡国际等待??

我从车库那幢楼上去，结果一进去之后发现电梯很怪异，没有开关按键，也没有楼层按键。然后就被锁到8楼，被关在那儿了。被关了半个小时。不能上，不能下，不能进，不能退。

定错国家是我的错，可是酒店却不能协商，不愿意退一分费用给我，就算有一天真飞台北，也不会光临本酒店，因为无德的老板也经营不出什么好的生意，真是超级差评

This place is in New Taipei but only one ride bus from Ximenting 307 and walk for 10 minutes.So many Stores on way going to the hotel .theres SHABU SHABU restaurant cheap for 120 nt and Only McDonald's.Room was big and clean they clean everyday and bottled water ready .Morning Buffet Food was great .Quiet place and staffs are accomodating .In the morning we walked and found big Public Park my kid is so happy ..All in all we love this hotel quite old but clean a d worth the money .I recommend this especially those who has kids.For couple this is good at daytime go in Taipei to stroll and at night go back and you will have a good sleep .

No hot water during my stay, I requested them to check it out but they didn’t !I had cold shower during winter time 13degree in Taipei on 30th dec 2018.
