The location of this hotel is great as is situated directly opposite Taiwan Station. Many undergone shops connected directly from hotel elevator. Within walking distance to shin kong mitukoshi mall and many eatery nearby the hotel.
On a side note - hotel running on thin manpower. Front office quite clearly shortage of staff and no proper direction which counter for check-in and check-out. Some of the staff onsite in suits does not marshal guests around. they simply stood there even the traffic was really heavy over the weekend.
From my observation, room service seems like manning with minimum manpower to serve and run a hotel with 400 rooms capacity. ?
Over in laundry room - for a designated hotel with 400+ rooms ＞ only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. This need to be improved. Everyone were queing and we need to run backforth many times. Remember hospitality industry is to serve with a HEART.
The room was spacious and clean but we noticed the paint on our room ceiling was half done - joke aside we were wondering they run out of paints.

房間非常老舊，跟以前的感覺差很多，希望可以跟上交通位置好的這個地方，期待有更好的表現，臺北車站的交通非常方便

地點超級棒！電梯下去B1 就能通往捷運?? 房間很寬大
交通很方便
唯一不好的是房間隔音效果沒有到很好。但是大致上都和不錯

房間寬敞舒適明亮。
衞生乾凈無異味。
酒店電梯直下負一樓就是專屬美食街。
交通也十分便利，過了美食街走一小段（M6口）就可乘搭地鐵/捷運。

這里的設施覺得還不錯，然后房間也很寬敞，電視也很寬很大很好看，雙床組的房間很贊，然后乾凈程度很好，浴室也很大只有唯一一個小缺點就是洗臉臺那邊的設計好像比較容易把水噴到外面覺得有點不順的感覺，但是其他都非常的完美.

出行非常方便，服務也很不錯。出行的一個非常非常好的選擇。如果我下次有機會再來臺灣，我還會選擇這家店的。

Booked 3 rooms, of which 1 room the bed was hard. Staff said there was no room to change to and no duvet or mattress topper either. Only given mats to counter this.?
Bathroom ventilation was poor, shower water temperature and flow were bad

Well.. what else to say, first day in the room already have cockroach when I'm about to go sleep. Saw it ran over my shoulder before I switch off my last light out. Give an call to front desk, came a guy wanted to help clear it. Luckily I managed took a picture before it run away somewhere, saw a review from others source, also face the same situation as me. Was moved to family room at 2am, also not great as well. Overall, I don't recommend anyone to come here and stay, as it old and expensive to be 5 star standard. I rather stay in a newly 3 star hotel around.

I'm Thai and I love Taiwan very much. When I travel there, I always choose places that are convenient and clean. This hotel really met my expectations

Location is perfect. It’s right above Taipei Main Station, exit M6, there’s a slight of staircase if you using this exit, but you can go up directly to the lobby by elevator.
Otherwise, you may use exit M8 for escalator.
The room is big enough and clean. The beds are comfortable. There are eateries, underground shoppings nearby the hotel.
Will come back here on my next trip if the rates are still good.
