  • Guest：I chose this hotel because we had good experience in 2019 summer time; therefore I chose to come over this summer. However we were very disappointed this time by the entertainments, the disappeared facilities, and the horrible services. Most of the entertainments disappeared due to April still winter time. No swimming pool and no other swimming facilities. The children playground was changed to paid service and only for weekend and holidays. The location is far from city center. Without all the entertainment, the hotel is bad. Also, the breakfast is awful which the chef was not able to make simple sunshine egg without breaking the egg yolk. The mask of the chef did not cover his face which covered his chin. The receptionist was hopeless. I asked whether any luggage delivery service to my next hotel in Taipei on the first day morning. He told me that on the second day evening that no this kind of service. It is not a difficult question and I believe most hotels should have the information. The reply was late and not useful at all. Therefore I won't recommend any of my friends to go. For me, no more next time visits.
  • Guest：I booked two rooms and requested to be in high floors and one next to the other and i also requested view to the ocean. I got the rooms in the 9th floor (of ten) and the rooms were one next to the other, and the view we had in our rooms were just mind blowing, the sunsets was just priceless. Something to note is that some paid amenities/services offered by the hotel are really expensive, way much more than the average standard. For example the hotel rents out bicycles and the price is just super high, and as a hotel guest you get a small discount, but still feel super overpriced, rooms are not cheap and i feel the bicycles should be free for guests. Other paid amenities like kids playground, are also very expensive compared to other places with similar playgrounds. The hotel has one kids playroom which is for free, but is very simple compared to the one that is paid. Also need to note that next to the beds, there is not household plug, but rather two USB plugs. It is good idea, but the problem is that nowadays much phones comes with USB-C cable (on both ends), but the plug offered by the hotel is USB-A so i had to charge my phone and tablet in the bathroom, as i only had USB-C cables on both ends.
