Not sure why some viewers gave such low rating for this wonderful hotel, since my recent experience proved them wrong. Yes, the price is not cheap by any standard; however, it does come with breakfast, dinner, free access to the public hot spring, free in-room wifi, newspaper of choice, afternoon tea/snack, free bottled waters, sodas and other goodies in the mini refrigerator. Do shop around to get the best price for the room. You will save bundle. The service was impeccable. Hotel employees greeted guests at the entrance, escorted them to the front desk to check it, and take to their rooms. That is what I called five star services. If you are there to celebrate a special occasions, do let them know in advance. In my case, we were there to celebrate birthday, so they presented us with a beautiful and delicious panda cake for the special occasion, which really made it more special and memorable. We definitely will revisit the place again on different season. Understand they have different meal plans for different season.

臺灣加賀屋進出と、現地では大きく取り上げられていました。當然、海外ですので日本と全く同じサービスを求めることは無理ですが、非常に熱心にスタッフの指導、料理の向上に取り組んでいることが感じられ、好感が持てました。br/溫泉はホテルの中層階にあり露天ではありませんが、のんびりと入ることができます。北投溫泉には他にも良いホテルがありますが、臺灣でまた訪れたい溫泉宿の一つになりました。

We stayed a night at this hot spring hotel. We got a really good deal because of the credit card promotions. If not, I would never stay here. The average price for a room in this hotel is more than $700 US with this amount of money, you would expect a lot more. However, the time we spent, we could not get the level of service that matches the money that we spent. The room was very Japanese, clean and comfortable. However, on the morning, the check-out time is supposed to be 11 am. We had 2 people from housekeeping knocking on the door prior to the time we checked out. Also, the breakfast buffet was absolutely the worst in almost all the hotels that I have stayed. They served french fries and chicken nuggets which felt like leftovers from dinner. Can you believe this is the standard for a 5 stars hotel?

位置一般，離北投站5分鐘車程，酒店裝修很漂亮，非常美！特別是從電梯里看的感覺，有種時光穿越感！房間內裝修也很簡潔，榻榻米式！四樓是泡溫泉的公共場所，每個房間也有溫泉，很舒服！早點很差，基本沒有什么吃的！房間退房要求在中午11點前，這還是頭次遇到！不到10點，服務員就來以幫提行李為借口提醒退房！

The hotel located in the hot spring area. Good service with your own housekeeper. Our package came with lobster dinner and next day breakfast. The dinner and breakfast were both good and the housekeeper was really nice. However I was told that the hot spring water was recycled. A little disappointed with that kind of price and got the recycled hot spring.
