服务人员的服务态度亲切又热情早餐丰盛又好吃可惜咖啡稍微苦了点如果可以的话可以准备牛奶让客人加入咖啡有点小小的缺点就是大楼的电梯按11楼会接触不良一直按了之后的又熄灭一直无法上楼左右两边电梯都会这样只有中间的电梯比较正常希望饮水机上面能有灯光不然看不清楚水加满没有

这次住的四人房阳台外看得到101！小孩们很开心。阳台防护做的很好，需要房务人员开启，也避免小孩乱跑危险??

It is connected to the train station, which is a great plus since it kept raining everyday when we were there. However, it is not near any tourist attraction, e.g. took about 30min to reach Ximending but considering the room, service etc, the price is very worth it! We had a corner room so there's almost no noise from either through the walls or the door. The room looks trendy (so does the hotel lobby) , is spacious (bathroom has shower and bathtun) and most of all, clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. Told us about the free ice cream (pretty good but i wonder how often its being cleaned as there are ice cream exposed to the air from the previous use). We got a portable luggage weighing from the lobby and it is pretty accurate. Would love to go back again.

原本预订了1天，第2天还有点事，所以又加了1天，酒店告诉我没有房间。不过我在携程上面就可以订到，只是价格比第1天的订了多了200多。房间不错，乾乾净净。酒店的方位很好，吃，住，行，都很方便！

Great location with subway right beside the hotel. Lots of local food and convenient stores nearby. Just that breakfast menu options are limited and they no longer serve coffee and snacks at the lobby. Only have ice cream.

MRT不用上地面巳可从B2直上酒店6楼大堂，毋须在路面推着行李喼走来走去，非常方便！每天也可享用雪糕，爱文芒果雪糕非常幼滑美味！职员主动帮忙解答问题，服务态度良好。房内外环境整齐清洁，每天也有清洁房间，只是有一天没有执拾床铺(但有更换毛巾和补充物品).......可能是因为非凡国际大约下午五时通知才通知执房！整体cp值非常高，下次到访台北会选择再住！

Two Tails Luzhou is one of the better hotels in Taipei, standing out in both comfort and service. The location is excellent—directly above an MRT station—making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The true highlight, however, is the staff. Their professionalism and warmth easily match the standards of an international 4-star property. Unlike many hotels in Taiwan, where ratings often feel inflated or inconsistent, this hotel delivers an experience that genuinely earns its rank. Taiwan’s hospitality market has long been weighed down by a disappointing reality: too many hotels operate with dated facilities, minimal upkeep, and inflated prices that fail to justify the value—especially when compared to the far more competitive markets in pan-Asia. Guests often encounter properties that feel tired, overpriced, and out of touch with international expectations. Not so with Two Tails. Recently rebranded and remodeled, it breaks away from the stagnation, offering a modern, well-maintained environment that finally matches the promise of Taiwan’s tourism potential. Rooms are well-kept, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable for both short and longer stays. While amenities are not over-the-top luxury, they are practical, clean, and perfectly sufficient. Overall, this hotel represents great value: accessible location, exceptional hospitality, and an experience that feels authentic rather than over-marketed. Highly recommended for travelers who want reliable quality in Taipei.

这次因为家中装修订附近饭店出来居住此次评价在前一天以差不多价值住在北投大地酒店情形下写出，至于是否可供参考，见人见智 1.房间无提供瓶装水，使用水瓶装水，水瓶瓶口有许多灰尘（附照片） 2.与北投大地一样使用远视，但是遥控器不知是坏了还是什么情况，非常难操作，被迫看了整晚的饭店宣传?而且与宣传不太相符? 3.厕所免治马桶根本是坏的，一看就知道长就没有维修，马桶盖两侧连接处被撑开，免治马桶也不会喷水（附照片） 4.早上买早餐，看到一个人影与我四目相对，疑似移工，看了我一下就闪了，连个早安都听不见，我还没遇过这么没礼貌的饭店 5.同样的人，在我买完早餐后回来手提大包小包，因为忘带卡片，请柜台帮忙，不知道是不是那个房务要用客梯，把客梯锁了，以至于我需要再请柜台协助，因为6楼只有那个客梯，所以必须再坐那台电梯上去。一上去，那个人推着大布巾车就要冲进来，看到有人就停了一下，我看着他，他也没想要退，连说声抱歉都没有，我还得侧身离开电梯，结果他和另一位房务2个男生嘻嘻笑笑的坐了电梯，糟糕至极。我过去也曾为饭店业的服务人员，虽不在饭店业服务，但来到这里毕竟有熟悉感也有老同学，但是却感受不到热情，与宣传大相迳庭，故事可以，设计也有趣，但没有乐趣，我曾为金郁金香饭店展业顾问，我也清楚妙趣是一个吸引人的卖点，在不经意小地方发现，这里没有，服务人员也没互动，每个都在忙，相比大地酒店柜台弟弟，每次出去回来都是放下手头工作站起来笑容满面说欢迎回来，出去几次就说几次，相比印象分数差太多，并不会因为我用关系价格而有差别，台湾饭店过去因展业顾问，甚至各个状况从一般饭店到五星级都住过，这里的感觉差距太远，有可能昨天被服务的比较好，隔天被冷宫一样的落差，所以评价是否能参考，见仁见智
