总体不差，但是房间很狭窄，新送进来的毛巾都有异味，表示没有消毒乾净。建议以一个五星级饭店来讲的话，还有很多需要改善的地方。

机场捷运到台北车站地段属优M3出口左手边1分钟即到酒店。因为阴雨天气只能去逛逛博物馆周边吃喝玩都方便酒店早餐尚可，服务人员很有礼貌。缺点酒店光线不够老式装修略残旧

Lobby bathroom has strong urine smell. Home room smells strange before the air conditioner is on. Otherwise everything is good.

地点就在火车站对面 邻近 交通非常方便 火车站捷运站巴士转运站 四周还有各类的商店百货公司 早餐种类也蛮多的 房间宽敞设备有点历史了维持得很乾净

报到时来早了，小姑因脚伤不耐久站，坐在大厅椅子上休息，这时服务人员杨培恩Angel特别前来关心、问候??前台也赶紧设法腾出空房，让她能早点休息；
初来乍到，马上感受到这里独特且用心的待客～好温馨！
房间非常乾净、床软硬适中，连住两晚，天天好眠。
碰到下雨天出门也不担心，饭店紧邻台北捷运站M3出口，沿着走廊完全淋不到雨，地下街及四通八达的捷运出行十分方便。
住两晚已爱上这儿～值得大大推荐台北必住超优五星级饭店。

这是我全球住过最差的五星级酒店了，设备太陈旧。服务人员都超级热情友好负责任，但弥补不了各种糟心事，在吐槽酒店的同时也真同情里面的工作人员。首先各种噪音，楼上淋浴可以把我从睡梦中吵醒，半夜可以听出楼上是男人在小便。门缝之大漏进的光可以不用开夜灯（相片1和2是开着灯和关灯后对比）。马桶冲洗屁屁的控制板在后面墙上电话旁边（相片3），需要很困难地扭转身子才能摸到按键。电梯刷卡由于是后加的，结果加在了侧面墙上，第一次半天硬是没有找到。早餐只能説是可以吃饱，绝对不是五星级的享受。唯一可以称赞的是地理位置，就在火车站隔壁。我是奔着它的五星级而选它的，建议携程将其降为三星，不要继续误导大众。

有从高雄来住的，因为是一家人，所以特别选在从高铁站下车就可以到天成饭店非常好，而且造船感觉很丰富，而且只是住三天两夜那也有有一些饮料免费供吃的推荐给大家谢谢！

酒店员工态度友善，check in 有饮品券送给非凡国际，位罝非常方便，就在台北火车站旁边，楼下有便利店和食肆，早餐是自助以中式为主，房闲冷气都可以，还有咖啡机，床褥软硬适中，来台湾多次旅行都是住天成大饭店

This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel
We loved the location very much as it’s right beside the Taipei Main station and easy connect to all land transports
The 1st night at room 1621 was not as good, 2 of my family members experienced insect bites, we were offered to change room right after we complained to front counter. I believed this is purely stand alone case
We actually found an heatech shirt under the bed between the bed and the side table . 4 of us suspected it was left there by the previous guest . We throw that away immediately we noticed that morning
Anyway we still enjoy our stay there for the hotel hospitality , quick response to our need

Super convenient for Taipei Central Station and the MRT to the airport, with it's own entrance way to the subway system 50 metres from the front door of the hotel. Its also well located for good shopping, and the Peace Park and the Taipei Museum. Classic old fashioned service awaits here, with friendly staff who speak good English and well furnished rooms with superior bathrooms. I got an upgrade to a room with a window which was a bonus, even though I was in and out of the hotel mainly after dark so didn't get to appreciate it. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good and strong. There's an in room fridge and coffee maker too, and lots of nice touches all round. Buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor was very good and plentiful, and check in/out was smooth and easy. The bedside light and alarm controls were a bit confusing, but I figured them out in the end. The only annoyance was the silly AI or Alexa box on the bedside table that kept talking to me at random times but didn't respond to any voice commands, so a bit useless. Overall, a great stay and I will return here again next time I visit Taipei.
