總體不差，但是房間很狹窄，新送進來的毛巾都有異味，表示沒有消毒乾凈。建議以一個五星級飯店來講的話，還有很多需要改善的地方。

機場捷運到臺北車站地段屬優M3出口左手邊1分鐘即到酒店。因為陰雨天氣只能去逛逛博物館周邊吃喝玩都方便酒店早餐尚可，服務人員很有禮貌。缺點酒店光線不夠老式裝修略殘舊

Lobby bathroom has strong urine smell. Home room smells strange before the air conditioner is on. Otherwise everything is good.

地點就在火車站對面 鄰近 交通非常方便 火車站捷運站巴士轉運站 四周還有各類的商店百貨公司 早餐種類也蠻多的 房間寬敞設備有點歷史了維持得很乾凈

才剛離開天成飯店，即開始想念天成給予的種種溫馨感動??
報到時來早了，小姑因腳傷不耐久站，坐在大廳椅子上休息，這時服務人員楊培恩Angel特別前來關心、問候??前臺也趕緊設法騰出空房，讓她能早點休息；
初來乍到，馬上感受到這里獨特且用心的待客～好溫馨！
房間非常乾凈、床軟硬適中，連住兩晚，天天好眠。
碰到下雨天出門也不擔心，飯店緊鄰臺北捷運站M3出口，沿著走廊完全淋不到雨，地下街及四通八達的捷運出行十分方便。
住兩晚已愛上這兒～值得大大推薦臺北必住超優五星級飯店。

這是我全球住過最差的五星級酒店了，設備太陳舊。服務人員都超級熱情友好負責任，但彌補不了各種糟心事，在吐槽酒店的同時也真同情里面的工作人員。首先各種噪音，樓上淋浴可以把我從睡夢中吵醒，半夜可以聽出樓上是男人在小便。門縫之大漏進的光可以不用開夜燈（相片1和2是開著燈和關燈后對比）。馬桶沖洗屁屁的控制板在后面墻上電話旁邊（相片3），需要很困難地扭轉身子才能摸到按鍵。電梯刷卡由于是后加的，結果加在了側面墻上，第一次半天硬是沒有找到。早餐只能説是可以吃飽，絕對不是五星級的享受。唯一可以稱贊的是地理位置，就在火車站隔壁。我是奔著它的五星級而選它的，建議攜程將其降為三星，不要繼續誤導大眾。

有從高雄來住的，因為是一家人，所以特別選在從高鐵站下車就可以到天成飯店非常好，而且造船感覺很豐富，而且只是住三天兩夜那也有有一些飲料免費供吃的推薦給大家謝謝！

酒店員工態度友善，check in 有飲品券送給非凡国际，位罝非常方便，就在臺北火車站旁邊，樓下有便利店和食肆，早餐是自助以中式為主，房閑冷氣都可以，還有咖啡機，床褥軟硬適中，來臺灣多次旅行都是住天成大飯店

This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel
We loved the location very much as it’s right beside the Taipei Main station and easy connect to all land transports
The 1st night at room 1621 was not as good, 2 of my family members experienced insect bites, we were offered to change room right after we complained to front counter. I believed this is purely stand alone case
We actually found an heatech shirt under the bed between the bed and the side table . 4 of us suspected it was left there by the previous guest . We throw that away immediately we noticed that morning
Anyway we still enjoy our stay there for the hotel hospitality , quick response to our need

Super convenient for Taipei Central Station and the MRT to the airport, with it's own entrance way to the subway system 50 metres from the front door of the hotel. Its also well located for good shopping, and the Peace Park and the Taipei Museum. Classic old fashioned service awaits here, with friendly staff who speak good English and well furnished rooms with superior bathrooms. I got an upgrade to a room with a window which was a bonus, even though I was in and out of the hotel mainly after dark so didn't get to appreciate it. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good and strong. There's an in room fridge and coffee maker too, and lots of nice touches all round. Buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor was very good and plentiful, and check in/out was smooth and easy. The bedside light and alarm controls were a bit confusing, but I figured them out in the end. The only annoyance was the silly AI or Alexa box on the bedside table that kept talking to me at random times but didn't respond to any voice commands, so a bit useless. Overall, a great stay and I will return here again next time I visit Taipei.
