  • Guest：去年住过高雄汉来大酒店十分喜欢。非凡国际今年来高雄当然还是首选汉来。汉来有气派的大堂，一流的服务，临近高雄港和爱河的地理位置，还有其楼下的百货商店和美食广场。汉来的早饭也是一流的，品质好种类多。

  • Guest：Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.
