  • Guest：My stay here was absolutely lovely! The staff are very attentive and extremely helpful and friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Pearls. I would like to give a shout at to the Executive Chef Gerald, who went above and beyond to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes with his special touch. He was very hospitable and kind! I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Durban. Amazing service with a smile!
  • Guest：A beautiful and modern hotel located in a great area, there's plenty to do in the hotel and alot of things to do I the area including huge shopping malls and many restaurants.
  • Guest：I was sorely disappointed in the hotel. Staff were unfriendly and they made me feel that I was bothering them for simple questions such as breakfast times. The housekeeper walked into my room without knocking. Parking was a nightmare too. The window lining had come lose and I had a loud whistling noise all night long. I complained about all this and I received an insincere apology. Although very nicely situated, I'd never stay here again! The staff member that helped me with my luggage and finding the correct parking was an amazing staff member. The only person I dealt with that was friendly.
