  • Guest：设施：酒店应该是老牌星级酒店重新装修的，硬件设施还可以，带餐厅，酒店大堂也比较豪华，但是房间设施比较差，尤其是衞生间比较差，没有乾湿分离，还是老式浴缸，花洒老旧，水压也特别小，还不如快捷连锁酒店的衞生间配置。而且衞生间的灯无法关闭，夜晚休息关了以后会自动打开，床头灯一个按键失灵，无法关闭，只能关闭总控，还好总控关了不影响空调使用。电视机很小，这个无所谓，现在看电视的机滤也不高。 衞生：衞生比较好，地面整洁，房间无异味，床品乾净，就是楼道有一点发霉的味道，老酒店很正常。 环境：环境整体都很好，楼下购物就餐都比较方便，离天下滙宝鸡南站都很近，位置很好，就是在一个高架桥旁边，晚上会有点吵。 服务：前台服务人员态度一般，只能説有问必答，算不上礼貌热情，楼层保洁服务态度好，响应及时。
