  • Guest：It seemed to have been renovated. However, the bottom of the bed was not cleaned during cleaning, so there was a lot of dirt. I liked the interior design because it was renovated. The front desk cleaners said they spoke English, but they didn't speak any. This led to a misunderstanding about the service that would take 2 adults and 2 children to the car. It was difficult to explain the problem because they didn't speak English. Why did the receptionist who greeted us have such an angry face and not even a single smile? It also lowered the value of the hotel. I thought it was unnecessary to stay in a place where the receptionist is not friendly.We also got a cold after waiting in the car for 20 minutes outside the airport due to problems such as being transferred by someone who couldn't understand English.
