Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel, ma sono stata davvero bene. Avevo la camera “Boccaccio” ed era veramente molto bella, con due lavandini, un bagno, una vasca da bagno e un letto matrimoniale. Posizione perfetta e servizio cordiale. Approvato!

Siamo tornati dopo 15 anni in questa struttura., e devo dire che è rimasto lo stesso.. stesse lenzuola e coperte (ormai lise e strappate,),stessi mobili , (antichi diciamo)..ma trascurati, pieni di graffi , suppellettili piene di polvere, gli infissi non lo voglio neanche dire. Il bagno ha come contenitori delle ceste di vimini che non vengono pulite da secoli, quindi gli asciugamani puliti non lo sono più appena entrano in quelle ceste. Anche la sala colazione ti lascia un senso di malinconia, pochi cibi esposti (parecchi senza essere coperti)in un ambiente polveroso. Si respira ovunque aria di vecchio, nella hall vicino l’ascensore arriva un odore di muffa molto forte. Concludo con una profonda amarezza, sicura di aver pagato un hotel 4 stelle, ma ritrovandomi in un 3 stelle e con un bel ricordo di 15 anni fa spazzato via

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one.

albergo in zona centrale ad Arezzo, comodo per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi per il centro storico.. Siamo rimasti delusi per le condizioni delle camere (belle ma trascurate).. entrandovi, si nota subito l'assenza di manutenzione poiché gli accessori, impianti e rivestimenti, risultano vetusti e in alcuni casi mancanti). La colazione "SCADENTE", pochissima scelta e ci hanno offerto merendine e brioss confezionate, a mio parere reperire in discount o simili.. Mi aspettavo molto di più rispetto a quanto mostrato sul sito.. un discreto hotel, considerato il posto e le caratteristiche della struttura ricettiva potrebbe essere gestito molto meglio.

I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and
the service of most of the staff was great. The one thing that bothered me some was the loud music late at night from the nearby bars. My daughter and I were there over the Antique market weekend.

Ottima posizione , camera ampia pulita anche se concepita con vasca a vista, nota dolente sauna non desiderata ( anche miei colleghi ) ho dovuto,dormire con lucernari aperti , lavato denti con acqua calda ( entrambi i rubinetti erogvano solo,acqua calda ) apiratore bagno rumorisissimo , faretti cambiacolore non funzionanti , sistema con tessera fuori uso , le chiavi delle camere con porta chiavi dozzinali colorati scritti a penna , dubbi anche su funzionamento impianto anticendio , i sensori completamente spenti ( led di test non lampeggiavano ) insomma c’ è bisogno di una importante ristrutturazione .colazione non commentabile , prodotti dozzinali del supermercato sotto casa … 4 stelle .. ?? Una volta ..

The staff was great. The room was nice but had some idiosyncrasies. The bathroom light was two rooms away. Didn’t discover that until the 2nd day. No hot water in the shower. The staff let us use another room to shower though. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy. Most restaurants were closed during our time there.

The hotel is very conveniently located some 100 Meters outside the old city. This has the advantage that the car may be parked a very short walk away on a public parking. The hotel is in a newly and completly refurbished old building. We had a standard room which was very large, traditionally, but nicely decorated. Excellent bed, quite at night. what was a little strange is that a large bathtub was standing in room and also was seerved as the visual divider to the washbasin (so virtually no protection); the toilet was separate, though. Staff is professional, but quite unpersonal. It has to be mentioned that value for money is such a touristic place is extraordinary.

Very good location down the street from the train station (walkable). Staff very nice! The place is very dated and it was noisy at night as my room faced the street.
