Het is een jaren zeventig sovjet stijl hotel. Buitenkant ziet er niet zo mooi uit, hal en trapopgang ook jaren zeventig/tachtig, maar de kamers zijn groot, schoon en prima. In de gerenoveerde douche tref je een bidet, twee wastafels, en een moderne douche aan. Het hotel ligt op nog geen 200 meter van een rustig strand en onze groep was zeer tevreden. Wie een hotel zoekt met veel vertier en een bar moet hier niet zijn. De trein is op nog geen 500 meter van het hotel en voor 2 euro rij je naar Majori waar voldoende eet tentjes zijn. Met ontbijt is niet mis. Verder is er een goed zwembad en sauna.

A typical post sovietic hotel and wellness. The clients are mainly Latvian Russians, unpolite and rude people not respecting basic rules (e.g. to stay in line). Average breakfast . Friendly staff, clean rooms with A/C. The beach is just 3 minutes walking.

Lieu assez vieux d extérieur, le hall et la salle de restaurant aussi. Les chambres sont correctes, confort simple. Proximité de 250m pour la plage. Par contre l accès piscine est limité à 2h avec rdv. Ne donne pas de serviettes, ni de chaussons pour le spa.

Отель советской постройки. Номера хоть и чистые, но нужно обновлять. Халаты только в аренду, за дополнительные полотенца тоже нужно доплачивать. СПА зона хоть и обновлена но как-то не очень, есть турецкая и русская баня, джакузи маленькие. Завтрак очень хороший, ужин брали за дополнительную плату, тоже был не плохой. Лучше доплатить 20 евро и уехать в другую гостиницу. Не рекомендую ??

Two adults and a child were staying at this hotel, luxury room, one night at the end of July 2022. When we found this hotel on *********** we noticed that it had no stars which caused some suspicions. However it offered 2+1 beds, which was important for us, also a swimming pool with spa and breakfast was included with a price slightly above 200 euros. This determined our choice. When we arrived at the place, we understood that the hotel was located in a former soviet-time building which scared us a little bit. What comforted us was the Mezsargu street along the hotel and parking was totally occupied - this meant the hotel was popular. Luckily we somehow managed to find a parking place in the inner yard of the hotel (entering it from Kapu street, as it is not permitted to enter the yard from the Mezsargu street). Inside the hotel is simple, neither splendid nor shabby. Pluses: all necessary things you would expect from a hotel room, including a balcony; friendly staff; a good swimming pool, spa, saunas included in the price. Breakfast (Swedish table) was good, with many choices. Beach: 350 m from the hotel. Minuses: they charged us additional 15 euros for our child, though we thought we had paid for all three of us when booking. Poor soviet time surroundings and exterior, too few parking places with no security supervision, free but lagging wi-fi connection, no towel dryers. Our rating is 4 stars out of 5.
