  • Guest：优点：酒店地理位置绝佳，一号线地铁站就在马路对面，逛景点吃饭都很方便，照片是房间往城市广场看出去的灯会，城市广场等会很赞 缺点：前台就一个人入住高峯排队好久。酒店设施有点老，洗手池反味厉害，一阵阵臭味涌上来，刷牙的时间简直要被臭晕了。还有酒店不含早，大过年的早上出去吃早饭都排队，这点很不方便。酒店隔音很差，隔壁晚回説话声音很清楚，半夜会被隔壁关门声惊醒。
  • Guest：酒店现在改名字了，由百达屋管理，春节去的説是对原智滙酒店升级后的试营业，我讲讲几点感受：理解酒店着急营业不错过春节旺季的心情，但我理解的是试营业试的是整体管理和服务，不是试硬件，房间大小还是可以的，新装修的味道还是蛮重的，小冰箱插不了电，在柜子里没有插座，下图卧室去衞生间的过门石穿酒店拖鞋很滑，稍不注意会摔倒，智能马桶冲水是可以冲出马桶的，很猛……建议把硬件真的全部搞好再试营业，毕竟试的也是客人对你们的信心
  • Guest：位置好，在市中心，离古城主要景点都不远。有自己的停车场。酒店已经更名为开元名庭。房间中等大小，衞生洗浴间比较紧凑。
  • Guest：春节期间绍兴人实在太多了，酒店涨价好多。 这家店在城市广场旁边，地理位置不错，跟开元名廷共用一个大厅，没有招牌，25楼是有巢酒店，不打电话根本找不到。 停车位有。 楼层层高不好，比较压抑。装修还可以，但是智能马桶老是自动冲水，很烦。 行政套房有两个房间，适合一家人出行。 住宿的房间被当成前台，一直有电话进来，影响睡觉。
