  • Guest：We picked this hotel because it showed 4 stars. We stayed 5 nights. On the 5th night, the TV screens upper display was broken. It was midnight. We called housekeeping and reception. No one answered. We reported to the housekeeping the next morning. When we checked out, reception said we must pay 3000 rmb for the broken TV. We debated while our taxi was waiting to take us to the airport. Finally, we let the reception scanned our wechat contact to further communicate it. We are extremely dissatisfied with their ask. The damage wasn't due to us. Any electronic can break anytime, especially their TV isn't even a branded one.
