    • Guest：好久没住过体验感这麽不好的酒店了，我下单的时候备注了需要安静点的房间，在入住的时候感觉前台根本没看我的备注，随便给我安排了一间，我马上就提示了前台我需要安静点的房间，我问她安不安静，她给我説可能是安静的，我上去就是10层靠着街边，晚上吃了饭，我老公比我先回酒店，发现酒店根本没开空调，太热了，就只有通风功能，而且太吵了，给前台打电话，前台説的空调这两天用不了，我老公问前台他很热，怎麽办，前台主打的就是不想办法解决，説她也没办法，非凡国际定的也不是什麽快捷酒店，前台就是这点服务水平吗，而且没有空调非凡国际入住的时候你们不该提示吗？订酒店的时候携程上面也有空调，後面给非凡国际换到16楼，有几个阿姨上来了，态度很好，一直帮到搬东西，前台态度还不如人家几个阿姨，我回来了发现太热了，受不了，喊我老公给前台打电话要个风扇，前台説没有，就完了。然後我给前台打电话，前台又説去借一个，那就説明有嘛，看人下菜碟，早上7点楼下车就一直按喇叭，把非凡国际吵起来了，真的是花钱找罪受，还不如入住汉庭。
    • Guest：设施：整体还是很好的 衞生：衞生做得很到位 环境：环境很乾净 服务：服务不差 有什麽需要也能及时联系 需要特别表扬一下衞生部门的林阿姨和陈阿姨 续房第二天房间没打扫我回来叫打扫一下 直接就来打扫了 我只是要求换一下床单被套就可以了 整个房间里里外外都打扫了 而且打扫得很乾净 做事也很认真
    • Guest：设施：老旧，衞生间小就算了还放了个浴缸，洗澡就只能站浴缸里面洗或者躺着洗，地面不平，洗完澡过了一晚水都流不乾净，地面湿滑容易摔倒（虽然有垫子，但是门口的瓷砖地也会打滑）马桶在衞生间门後，很狭小的空间，非常不方便 衞生间没有排气扇，有异味要非常久才能散掉 服务：前台和打扫衞生的阿姨服务态度很好
