Very old hotel , but near to Ollie market and big room .

The breakfast menu was great. There are cracked floor tiles, wall tiles, damaged wall, fridge and freezer door unable to close properly. Toilet doors unable to close fully. But overall, still acceptable for stay.

Staying at ShinShin Hotel Jeju Ocean and honestly… location is ?? Just minutes away from iconic spots like Eodolgae Rock, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, scenic trails, and the lively Jeju Olle Market—everything is so accessible. The food? Surprisingly good. The room? Huge, spotless linens, and a wow factor with a massive smart TV—perfect for Netflix & YouTube nights after long walks. Comfortable, clean, convenient… definitely a great base for exploring Jeju ????

Of the positives: the room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, there’s a large refrigerator, a kettle, a washing machine, and a smart toilet + amazing location. Of the negatives: check-in is strictly at 3:00 p.m. and not a minute earlier, there’s no drying rack for washed clothes, and every day they provided only one set of towels for two people.

The room was spacious and enough for 4 people to stay in. The location was also perfect as there were konbinis nearby like gs25, 7-11 and cu mart. Only drawback was the rooms look a bit old and run down.

饭店地理位置很好，位于西归浦每日偶来市场附近（步行约5-8分钟），生活机能也不错，毕竟在市场附近，所以便利商店跟餐厅都很丰富，虽然位于西归浦市区，但晚上偏静也不会太吵杂！由于这次旅行其中目的是帮小孩庆生，多采之日连锁面包西点店在市场附近，刚好可以买蛋糕！olive 也在附近，顺便可以先采购一番?? 房间很大，相较于台湾住宿费用相比，CP值真的非常高，虽然莲蓬头有坏掉，隔日跟柜台反应后，玩回来就更换好了，非常有效率！综合以上，如果不是太要求，饭店看起来是有年纪了，但就位置便利性及服务，还有停车，非常推荐??

The room is a bit dated but very spacious and location is good, near market and shops and eateries. However the staffs failed terribly when helping us to get a taxi from seogwipo to jejusi. When she called the first time for a big cab for 4 pax and 4 luggage, we went out to wait for 10min, it didn't come. We go in to ask the car number, she didn't know, she also didn't ask how long it take the cab to come. So we went out wait for another 5 min, come back to tell her it didn't come. She called for another taxi for us, noting down the taxi car number. We waited 5min , a regular taxi came and cannot fix all of us. The taxi saw and just drove away. We went in again to tell her. This time she called and tell us no big taxi available at this hour and we have to get 2 cabs. We went out and then finally boarded the taxi. It took us about 45 min before we started to make our way. I think the staff need some retraining.
