    • Guest：Came to Verona for work and stayed there for a while. I have to say that I found the apartment really comfortable, and the hosts ready to help. I locked myself outside the apartment, leaving the keys inside. I was on a run to reach my early morning meeting and just closed the door behind me… I contacted them and they promptly came over to help. I wish you all the best! And apologize again for the inconvenience! :) 10/10
